Based in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, I am a Certified Coach specializing in ADHD and Executive Functioning (EF). ​

​​​In my work as a university professional, I observed how the pandemic significantly impacted our neurodivergent students, leaving many grappling with the loss of routine and structure, and an increased sense of uncertainty. Recognizing the limited support and awareness around ADHD in the broader community, I chose to channel my formal coaching training into this evolving field.

​​​​​​I provide a unique combination of coaching, psychoeducation training, and consulting services for youth, post-secondary students, families, and adults.  My qualifications include a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from UBC, training and coursework in ADHD as a specialization for coaching, and over 15 years of experience in academic and career advising within post-secondary education. I am currently on track to earn my Professional Coaching Certification by summer 2026 through the International Coaching Federation and have previously held my Associate Certified Coaching designation up to August 2025.  In 2022, I brought ADHD Coaching to Mindkey Health (formerly Dr. Jillian Roberts’ Psychological Corp) where I continue to offer personalized coaching and educational training to a wide range of clients, including parents and educators. My current role as a Human Resources Consultant in the post-secondary sector has further enriched my coaching practice, allowing me to blend my knowledge of labour relations and HR into my neurodiversity training. I am passionate about raising awareness of ADHD and EF challenges and empowering individuals to realize their full potential in the many aspects of their lives.
