Meet & Greet Consultation
30 mins | No fee​
All new clients must begin with a
30 minute virtual meet & greet session to learn more about the coaching process, ask questions, and discuss client goals.
​​Additional meet & greet sessions for other family members or employer sponsored coaching are available and charged at $50/consultation.​​

Virtual (Online) Coaching
50 mins | $120 per session
A minimum commitment of 4 sessions is required and must be prepaid by the first session. Additional sessions may be booked on an individual basis following the initial coaching engagement.
​Coaching services may be terminated at any time with the balance of outstanding session fees refunded according to the attendance and cancellation policy.
