Meet & Greet Consultation
30 mins | No fee
All new clients must begin with a
30 minute virtual meet & greet session to learn more about the coaching process, ask questions, and discuss client goals.
Additional meet & greet sessions for other family members or employer sponsored coaching are available and charged at $50/consultation.

Virtual (Online) Coaching
50 mins | $125 per session
A minimum commitment of 4 sessions is required and must be prepaid by the first session ($500 total). Additional sessions may be booked on an individual basis following the initial coaching engagement.
Coaching services may be terminated at any time with the balance of outstanding session fees refunded according to the attendance and cancellation policy.
*15-minute billing options available for in-between session check-ins and written progress summaries for parents/caregivers.
